How can i get rid of spots and blemishes overnight?

Hi i woke up with sopme hidious spots and blemishes and can't get rid of them i steamed my face and used tea tree and havnt worn make-up and have used clearasl i need them gone for tommorow What do i do?? xxHow can i get rid of spots and blemishes overnight?
As it takes time for the dirt to get into your skin that there is no way to get rid of them overnight. You can scrub all you want, it's not going to happen.How can i get rid of spots and blemishes overnight?
Blemishes are caused by oily skin....they can be from using body oils too often, vaseline, hair sheen, heredity, or even puberty. The two best ways to get rid of that agitating date destroyer is either crushing up an asprin and apply a very small drop of water and applying it to the blemish ( there is a specific acid in asprin that will dry it out and make it smaller), or apply tooth paste, which doesn't contain the same ingredients but will do the exact same thing.
