i dont get a lot of acne, but when i do is like they all pile up agaisnt each other and they get really red sometimes and they hurt. i get break outs specially when im stressed out, and when its that time of the month (lol).so im just wondering what could be a good way to get rid of them quickly n pain free.What is the best way to keep my blemishes from breaking out?

Just keep your face clean. Drink a lot of water. And take vitamin E.
