I'm getting more of these big freckle marks on my hands and knees etc, is there a moisturiser i could use to smooth and disguise it a little bit? Since i already have quite a few on my nose and forehead!

There sun spots, to prevent them appearing or reduce them
Always use sunscreen
Use make up with SPF with the lowest factor of 15
