I am currently using St. Ives Blemish and Blackhead control with 2% salicylic acid, but I still get blemishes around my jawline. My skin is NOT extremely oily and I wear oil-free makeup. Any suggestions? Thanks! :)What is the best skincare product for preventing blemishes?

St. Ives is a lower end product and may not have some of the latest and greatest ingredients for blemishes. Keeping acne free is also due to diet, consistency of cleaning, and where you place your hands. Have you thought of that? Do you rest your face on your hands without think of it?
A Clinique rep once told me that the most popular reason for breaking out in that area is that when you wash your face or remove your make-up that area seems to not get rinsed as well and the leftover soap residue congregates there causing these breakouts... so she suggested that wash your face while in the shower instead of at the sink because since you won't be worried about splashing water all over your counter you are more likely to throughly rinse. Also I use Cliniques 3-step program and it works wonders on my exremely oily skin...
emu oil thats all youll ever need!!!
use witch hazel on cotton balls in the problemed areas. It is natural and it is not expensive. Works wonders on my combination skin! Give it a try!
Use a cleanser that is anit-baterial
If you can afford it, find a good aesthetician (facialist) in your area and invest in a facial or two and some high quality cleansers and lotions. It will be worth it in the long run.
use dr brandt microdermabrasion. it is pricey but worth it! Within 2 weeks I am acne free after YEARS of problems.
Arbonne. Aveda. Aveeno. they all work. i have yoused them all. i am currently using Aveeno and i hve perfect skin now!! try it!
Dog poop is free, smear that on yourself.
