everyday i get these tiny blemishes, they are like are very tiny whiteheads that already had a head everytime they appear. I usually try to use my fingernail to take them off with one scratch.
The most annoying place is when its in the middle right between my nose and mouth. I can take it off with one smooth scratch but it all of the sudden turn that spot bright red and i had to put cream on it. What are those? Why do i get them all the time?What are these tiny blemishes and why do i get them everyday?
Try switching chapstick/lipstick. The oils may rub onto your upper lip while you sleep causing tiny breakouts without you even knowing.
