What are some effective ways to get rid of pimples and blemishes?

I have heard that using toothpaste (depending on the type of brand) will dry out the acne. I have also heard some details about honey, and crusing up advil with water and dabbing it on tiny pimples. Of course face cleansers are a major help.

Ask your doctor for a prescription for something to help. My doctor recommended Retin-A and it works great, but it may dry out your skin.
try toothpaste. it realy worked for me as a teenager. put it on at night before you go to bed.
