What's a good body wash that gets rid of acne and blemishes on shoulders?

I have really awful blemishes on my shoulders and I need a body wash that I could use that can get rid of them.

Burt's Bees products. I swear by them. I dont remember the exact one, but I think it has sugar beet in it. It comes in a bar but it works wonders. Almost 100% all natural ingredients.
