Any tips? I can't afford laser surgery and I'm self conscious about some acne scars on my cheeks.How do you soften the appearance of facial blemishes or acne scars?
Go to a professional and get a Glycolic peel. Bio Oil helped me but once my scars faded a bit they never got any lighter. A Glycolic peel will remove the top layer of skin and will trigger the production of collagen and will help even out skin tone. Use sunscreen to keep the spots from darkening. 1/4 cup of water.


1 tsp. Epson salts.


4 drops lavender essential oil.


Small cloth.


Mix water and salts, once the salts has dissolved, add lavender. Soak a cotton cloth and compress on affected area. When cloth cools soak it again and repeat several times.
i literally just asked that question about acne scars and my responses were Bio-oil? I suffer from them myself and i used cocoa butter and vitamin E cream and none worked. Gonna try the Bio-Oil as its supposed to be effective! Good luck =)
