I don't have bad acne, but I do have some spots. What kind of things can I do to get rid of it? What type of products do you recommend? What can I do besides using face products? All answers accepted. What can I do to get rid of blemishes and keep my skin looking clean and soft?
Exercise daily or at least 3 times a week
colon cleanse or detoxify your body
drink tons of water
get 30 mins of sunlight a day
eat lots of fruits n veggies.....eat better
dont overwash ur face this leads to more acne b/c of drying
take control of your skins oil levels with zinc vitamins or ask dermatologist
use facewashes that are mild and affective such as Cetaphil
DONT USE PROACTIV:
(it brings dependency is expensive and will end up drying your skin thus causing more acne)
Retin-A has been known and is guaranteed to clear acne, bad texture and hyperpigmentation or brown spots for over 25 years.
Meladerm is also known as a good product for brown spots
Overall avoid over-the counter products that most ppl on here will mention b/c these actually make your dermis (inside layer of skin under epidermis) worse over time although the outer layer may appear clear. What can I do to get rid of blemishes and keep my skin looking clean and soft?

i know this sounds really stupid, but i used to have bad acne, and if you put tooth paste on your face,it works, like yeah.orr natures cure works awsome.
soo yeahh co0l beans
apply honey+lemon..overnight..
drink 3-5 ltrs of water..
apply lemon juice////////////
Cleansers when you take a shower or afterwards. I prefer garnier fructice cleanser in the green bottle. It smells WONDERFUL and leaves your face soooo clean! You might also want to try an item like Pro Activ for your acne. :)
You can fade away your blemishes by using papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream which are
available online. These work wonders.
Maybe it will work on you too.
Try searching it through Google 'shopaholic's bargains'
